"We were very pleased with the facility and staff. The room was clean, the breakfast was sufficient, and we had only one issue. I had to have the key cards redone 6 times in 3 days. Fortunately we were located less than 25 feet from the front desk, if we had been on the third floor our review would have been less glowing."

"I would recommend checking into the smell of your guest bathrooms in the lower level of the hotel. I have been here twice for conferences and the bathrooms smell like a sewer is backing up. The hotel is very clean and well maintained but we had conference attendees commenting on this also which is not a good look for a conference."

"Pillows and bed left you feeling a bit uncomfortable for overall cleanliness. This was a suite with kitchen but no plate set, or even silverware so I would have needed to bring any cooking supplies. Maybe this is how it is across all chains, but it was disappointing. The front desk person was nice and located a couple paper plates for the first night which was nice."
