For the price of a great room I won’t go again. At least, not that weekend. The The HotelChelsea is always consistent. Better fit if wanting vibe and class."

"Their reservation and check in system was a mess! they apparently recently upgraded to the cloud and the day we checked in the lines were long and they could not locate our reservations. The staff was ill equipped to handle this and we all spent more than an hour waiting to get checked in. In addition, we were double charged for the stay due to their system glitch. Really terrible service and the staff was not sufficient to address the issue with their cloud upgrade."
