"The front desk staff was amazing and helpful however the staff for housekeeping and guest services were lacking. The room I ordered was 2 twin beds but instead I got a room with 1 bed. Had to wait until it was sorted out which delayed my reservation for dinner."

"My wife and I loved our stay! Friendly staff, very helpful and super knowledgeable. Also the rooms were perfect size not too small at all. The area was amazing! It was nice to come back after a long day and be away from all the craziness of the city. Only about a 15 min subway ride to midtown."
