"Lovely property, clean and tidy. Very nice they supplied some snacks and drinks for free with room. Restaurants and shops just around the Corner very convenient for breakfast, lunch and dinner if needed. Added bonus got to wash and dry our clothes after a couple of days on the road. Nice place to stay."

"I was incorrectly charged for the room despite having pre-paid through Expedia and the hotel is refusing to refund this incorrect charge. It seems there is a scam being run front of house so be very careful with what you are approving for 'incidentals' upon check in."

"I was placed in a room where the heating was not working, and I believe the staff knew about it, as there was a portable heater in the room, but it was unable to maintain the room's temperature at all. I had to report to the front desk, so they offered me another room that I had to pack and move to. It was fine for the second night, and they agreed to credit me some money as compensation. I would rather not get compensated, but had a good experience to start with."
