This brand-new hotel is such a special addition to Columbia, and we feel so lucky that we were able to stay in the Fire Tower, it made the experience even more unique. "Lobby is the key feature...a few too many abandoned businesses on the street detract. Basic room was a bit plain. Chicken and biscuits delicious for breakfast but they were 20 minutes late the day we needed to depart."

"Check-in was at 3:00. No room ready until 4:00. Shower door wouldn't close, I had to wedge a washcloth into the door track to keep it closed. At breakfast, there were no knifes or salt packets 2 days in a row. Staff was not as helpful as we would've liked."
