"No parking close by. You had to walk because elevators were not working g in garage parking.
No complimentary water for checkin.
And no bell boys to help with luggage or anything!!!
I will not stay again. Toilet ran all night until you had to get up and hold handle.
No more ice in ice machine. And no room service or good restaurant to choose from in hotel but breakfast!!!"

"Our room looked NOTHING like the photos. 3 travelers (one adult and two teens) got put into a room with one king bed and a couch. Two towels. No on-site management after 6:PM. Check-in... when we arrived we discovered the facility is actually an apartment complex which contracts vacant apartments out for temp lodging. Our room info and lock code had not been sent to us so we couldn't access our room. The receptionist had absolutely no info on our reservation -- regardless, she (Ashley) was...

"Don't try and ck in before 3p or you will get yelled at. The tub had hair in it, there was dead cockroach on the floor and we found 2 bed bugs on the comforter. Toilet seat was broken, ceiling was pealing, tub handle came off in my hand and the inside of the microwave stunk and was caked with old dried food. It was discussing. By far the worst hotel I have even stayed in"
