"Experienced 2 issues:
1) Went to ocean terrace Friday (06-12-26) night for dinner. Arrived at 6:15. Saw many empty tables. However, hostess indicated they didnt have tables available because they had reservations that would completely fill all available tables within and hour. I was taken aback by that. Ended up in the inside restaurant that is so noisy with just a handful of people at the bar, couldn't hear myself think. My wife had to cover her ears. We were there until well after 7:15 and never saw all the tables taken. At this point I am not happy. I decided to talk to manager who told me he is not responsible for so many people cancelling reservations. A waiter said there were 17 cancellations. I didnt buy it. Although he did give credit for 2 drinks , it still left sour taste in my mouth.
2) On the morning of checkout (06-15-26), I called front desk to ask if I could get receipt emailed to me so I didnt have to drive over to the mansion desk to physically check out. I just wanted to see the end bill before I approved the credit card run. The front desk said sure. An hour later, I hadnt received the email. I called again to ask for the email with receipt. Again, I heard sure we can do that. Another half hour and still no email. So I gave up and drove to mansion office. I asked the attendant what happened and no explanation. Just I am sorry for that. I had her print it there and approved paying the balance. Why ?"
