"Great beds and bedding. Up to date charging for phones, check in was easy. Didn’t have breakfast since we had to be at the airport at 4am. Convenient shuttle service. Very clean. I’d definitely stay here again."

"The breakfast was the same every day ( no bacon or ham). Only one elevator working and only one car for the luggage. You need to wait until the customer gets into the van for you be able to use the car. If you brought the attention the counter desk employee he’s answer was “ we have more than one but the customer keeps it on the room “. The parking of the hotel has a $10 fee per night. "

"No luggage rack, chair, or coffee pot in room. Breakfast was not tasty with lousy coffee although they offered plenty of carbs without butter. Hot tub was nice but air jets didn't work."

"The staff at the front desk were great, very helpful and friendly - Matthew in particular. The room was spotless, and the bed was super soft, like sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast was good with all the normal staples. The included shuttles to and from the airport were convenient."

"The room was very dirty. Dirt all over bathroom floor, carpet still had trash under beds, sink and tub were dirty looked like there were not wiped down. Shower curtain was dirty. Sheets had stains and blood stains and had holes on them. The mattress cover should also be washed and cleaned after every use. Very disappointed that my kids had to experience this, And being very uncomfortable trying to sleep. The bathroom sink was even clogged. The coffee machine was very very dirty. It was a waste...

"My kids and I love the Tru hotels. This one is super close to the Denver airport but we still based our weekend trip to Boulder from here. There are restaurants, a Starbucks and Sprouts market just down the street. Love how clean the room was - the white bedding, the hard floors with no carpet or rugs anywhere, mini fridge for drinks and leftovers, squeeze bottle shampoo/conditioner/soap rather than those wasteful single use ones. Breakfast is included and the only bummer for my kids was that...

"The hotel is ok nothing extraordinary just a standard hotel. Whoever wrote about the breakfast being good was out of their damn minds. If you are booking it for the breakfast go elsewhere. It isn’t good at all."
