"Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel.
The staff was always friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything smelled fresh and well maintained. You can tell the team pays attention to the details. I also appreciated how organized the housekeeping staff was — even though I was coming and going at different times throughout the day, they always found a good moment to clean the room without being disruptive.
The only downside was the package policy. Unlike other hotels in the same area and of a similar level, this hotel charges guests to receive packages, including fees based on the package weight, which I found disappointing.
I also had an issue with one delivery. Even though I had a photo confirming that the package had already been dropped off at the hotel, it took more than 24 hours for it to be located and delivered to me. I had to follow up several times and push for the staff to actively search for it before it was finally found. To make matters more frustrating, I was still charged the package handling fee despite the inconvenience.
Other than that, everything else was excellent, and I would definitely stay here again. My recommendation for future guests is to have packages delivered to a nearby locker or alternative pickup location instead of the hotel. If the package handling process were improved, this place would easily be a perfect 10/10."
