"Absolutely — here’s a polished hotel room review you can post: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and everything I needed was provided. The room had a lovely atmosphere and was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. The service was excellent, and the overall experience was even better than I expected. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and enjoyable stay. I’m very happy with my experience and would love to stay here again!"

"The location of the hotel is spot on for central Cardiff. No parking onsite anymore so had to park in an NCP car park 3 min walk away but cost £30 for 24 hours. Hotel was clean so was room but needed some TLC. Bed was comfortable Only one lift working when we were there so ended up taking the stairs. The hotel has 10 floors. Staff available at reception Overall stay is was good and comfortable for a 3 star hotel"

"My room was absolutely spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. The view of the bay was incredible. The staff were friendly, polite and professional. There was a huge selection for the breakfast and children had their own corner to choose food. I loved having a facial at the Spa with organic seaweed products used on my skin. The gym, swimming pool and sauna were well equipped and spotlessly clean. I loved the lift down to the Spa, so you could get dressed in your room and put a robe on without going through the main entrance. All in all, everything was perfect."
