"I usually don’t stay at motels and after staying here, it reminded me why I don’t. The room needs to be updated. The floor looks terrible. The bed was uncomfortable. Cigarette burnt stains in the sheets. and the water pressure didn’t get hot enough in the shower. Should be a shame of yourself."

"I didn't get to stay at hotel. But upon arrival I was expecting to stay at Comfort Inn. The hotel was Halstel Hotel, I went in and she couldn't find my reservation. I asked is this Comfort Inn she said yes. FRONT DESK PERSON ON PHONE, WHILE TRYING TO TALK TO ME!! People was walking around the lot suspicious looking, trash all over lot and in lobby. Hotel would not refund even though i wouldn't stay. I felt misled because I wanted to be at Comfort Inn. Would not return or recommend."

"If you need to stay in a place in the last resort then go it but not recommended"

"Cat friendly was a big plus Hotel and room were clean. They seem to be doing renovations so some things were not ideal. Bathroom was quite small. There was no ice machine on 2nd floor. Breakfast was good, both hot and cold items. Staff was efficient but not overly friendly. Towels and linens were clean, fluffy and really good shape. Bed was comfy. I would stay there again."

"Only cold water, no hot water, couldn't take a shower, no tissues. I reserved a non smoking and it was a smoking, ash tray right in the room and smoke alarm was covered in plastic. We both woke up stuffed up and sore throats."
