Beautiful, cosy but large resort. Had a great stay as the staff are super friendly and the facilities are great. The only thing that annoyed me was that they add a 7 NZD charge to each room service delivery! Besides that, a great stay and I would definitely go there again!

With an airport hotel there is an expectation that they will be functional but have no character this hotel is an exception. We were very pleasantly surprised to find how good this hotel was. The rooms were nice and spacious with some nice little touches. The restaurant and bar area were nice and lively, might have had something to do with it being St Patrick's day as they had a live singer/guitar player. Great location, very well appointed units with a bonus garden area. Having the pool at the property was perfect for cooling off

Room spacious, modern and very clean. Kitchen well equipped. Big, comfortable bed. Lovely jacuzzi, relaxing after busy day. Staff very helpful and friendly. All together very enjoyable stay.

Great hotel and a nice little walk into town

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were taken care of by all of the wonderful staff. In particular Mr Han who deserves a special mention as he simply went above & beyond. Thank you to you all & to Mr Han in particular. The staff at breakfast also deserve a special mention as they too were really attentive.

Really nice hotel. Good location. Nice breakfast. Staff very helpful but one or two could do with a bit of training.

We stayed in the Rees for our last 2 nights in NZ, after a 3-week holiday touring the country, and enjoyed our time there. This was the only 5-star hotel we visited in during the holiday, and the lake view room was fantastic with good views from the balcony. Room and facilities was excellent, all staff (from reception to house keeping) very attentive and welcoming. A high quality quiet modern hotel within walking distance of the busy, noisy centre. Views from the bar/restaurant overlooking the lake are breathtaking. The bedroom was impeccably clean and comfortable. The best of all, however, are the staff who couldn’t help enough (thank you again Julia for working so hard to sort out our booking platform problem). We travel extensively and for us to recommend a hotel so highly is an exception.
