"If it is your first time in Guangzhou I would highly recommend this hotel to you. They helped us recovered my bag when I left it on a DIDI ride while on the way to the hotel. While we could not check in early, they provided us with hot drinks while we wait for our room. Each time we were in distress, the staff impressed us with excellent service and advise. The staff we met here are all well trained and I am specifically impressed with them. The room is clean, spacious, well equipped. Water pressure, optimal. Super for a tired day of shopping. The breakfast was sumptuous. Different types of eggs (even tea egg), automated coffee machine, fresh fruits, many types of cheeses, yogurts, fresh juice choices and also on demand, takeaway coffee on demand, all the stuff that we enjoy. They are equipped with robots that deliver your ice/ water to your room. This hotel is a 11/10 experience in our opinion. Will be back if we visit Guangzhou again."

"We arrived in Guangzhou and headed to a hotel we had booked weeks before our arrival. What we saw was significantly different from what we had seen! So we cancelled our reservation and started the search. We visited 2 other hotels and then, there was Element!!! The staff were great and even helped us get good rates for the double room. You could see and appreciate the effort to communicate past both our language difference. Housekeeping were super respectful and considerate. They represented the hotel brand rightly. Breakfast was good, really good! Our overall experience was just awesome. I advised a family member coming for the canton fair to book a room in Element immediately. They did. I highly recommend Element . Oh! Did I mention the gym and the proximity to the metro. The complex it is located within is phenomenally and exquisitely designed. A beautiful place to take a tranquil walk alone or with the family. You can' t go wrong!"

"Outstanding stay at ECHIC Mercure International Hotel! Located right in the business hub, it was incredibly convenient for the Canton Fair, yet peaceful enough for family travel. The area around the hotel has plenty of great shops and places to explore. The front desk team was exceptionally warm and welcoming, making check-in fast and smooth. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the thoughtful service throughout our stay truly impressed us. We absolutely loved everything. Will definitely stay again on our next business trip to Guangzhou!"
