"We have stayed at Legacy 5 times now , and the property and rooms are always in very nice condition . However , this time we were delayed with checking in until some 2 + hours after the 4:00 time . When I explained to the staff checking us in at the front desk , they couldn't have seemed more disinterested ! "I booked a room that showed the soak in tubs, got to my room and it wasn't what was in the pictures when booking. The front desk told me they didn't have tub rooms any longer and they are aware the pictures are misleading. They didn't offer a room change, a discount, not even a snack. And to add to my disappointment the room had tons of spider all over the unit. On a good note the propeety was quiet and the rooms are spacious. "
