"Warm friendly staff. Bathrooms were clean. Breakfast options were great and evem offered dinner for free which was a pleasant surprise. I wish I stayed longer in Phoenix. Will have to come back. "

"There was dust all over the bathroom ac vent. Dirty baseboads. Room was on the 4th floor. They really need some real deep cleaning. They charges us $150 for vaping in the room so if you vape this place is not for you."

"Staff was super friendly and room was clean. Breakfast was lovely.
Phone didn’t work in our room, pullout bed was in poor condition and we had to request pillows and blankets for it.
One of the elevators simply didn’t work on our 4th level.
Location was perfect for the basketball game. "
