"Building over all ratings were referring to the building itself and surrounding areas GOOD. The terrible ratings are referring only to Room 916 itself, which gets the worst ratings. No Hot Water for the first two and a half days on bathroom and kitchen sinks, leaking water from under the refrigerator reporting all to property staff. Mold in the bathtub, wall edge molding around the tub missing causing scraping to leg and knees, bathroom sink drawer’s falling out unsecured only 2 towels in room....

"When we arrived we could not believe the terrible condition. Note this unit as AC unit in the living room, not bedroom. AC barely worked and with missing blinds it was hot! The management company did respond to our requests and very nice. They sent cleaners, fans, replacement chairs and maintenance to repair the blinds.
