We would like to suggest that the quiet hours be enforced in reverse. Meaning we were informed of a noise complaint at 6:30 PM that was reported by a occupant next to us and quiet hours didn’t start till 9:00 PM. "The location is special and Samoa has real charm, people are genuine and friendly. Service is a little haphazard and food is not top end.
