"Our stay here for my boyfriend's birthday & valentines' day was amazing! From the concierge service, transport, bartenders, waitress/waiters to the house keeping staff. The rooms were very clean & neat, house keeping service was great & very considerate of organizing & making everything look nice & organized. The concierge service by far the best I've had! Super attentive, & made our booking & transportation easy & stress-free. Bartenders make the most amazing drinks!! The hotel has amazing views!! "Our stay here was truly exceptional. The views of Costa Rica were absolutely breathtaking, easily one of the most beautiful settings we’ve experienced. The staff made the experience even more memorable. Pablo, who assisted us at check-in, was incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the entire team was consistently warm and accommodating throughout our stay. Because it’s a smaller, private resort, you really have the chance to connect with the staff, which made everything feel personal and special. It was genuinely hard to leave. Had we known just how amazing the experience would be, we would have extended our stay without hesitation. The food was outstanding as well, every meal exceeded expectations. "Easy access, super clean, excellent room design. Chefs were outstanding. Made boring food taste good and they should be proud of their work. Nice views and cool built in hammock. Cons: main pool is not that big and the other guests chairs are literally just beside it a foot away. "
