The condo was okay. Wear and tear that is normal for a coastal condo. Could have used an extra trash bag, the 10 digit door code is obnoxious, we were given The wrong code in our check in text which was annoying after a long day of travel.

Horrible, do not stay in this room. Lock pad does not work. It takes like three tries before door opens. Lights went out so we he’s to leave for a while. I understand this happens all the time but there were other places that had generators that didn’t lose power. If this is a common occurrence they need to invest in generator. The wifi did not work most of the time of our stay. The pool had hair and was dirty. I opened the fridge and a live roach fell on the floor. The water in the sink took forever to go down not allowing my friend to be able to use it for a while. We were right next to the pool and there were people with loud music all night. I had to go to the next room to sleep. We usually stay at La international and they have security. They need to invest in a security guard. The office manager was super rude when we got there. The maintenance man was trying to run us off when we clearly had a parking pass. The Vacasa guy was very rude as well. The room smelt so bad. The bed in one of the rooms was so clumpy.

Loved it!!

It was beautiful! The view of the beach from my window was perfect. The condo is spacious and comfortable. The location is walking distance to restaurants and other stores.

The property was very nice inside the condo itself but the hallways were not so clean and kinda of smelly. The patio furniture could be updated. But for the most part I loved it and would most definitely stay there again.

Nice View-Needs to be BUG SPRAYED

We were sent the Key Code to the door. We arrived at night, on a COLD NIGHT. The code did not work. Called the Help line, and received a TOTALLY different code. We finally got into the condo. The view is great. The next night we cooked dinner then watched a movie in the dark, then we went into the kitchen to find TONS OF BUGS crawling everywhere. AFter that we had to leave the lights on. We bought bleach and Roach hotels. It slowed them down, but we found them daily. We asked other residents; and they said that they had no bug problems. Our family did the best to keep cleaning.

Our condo was clean and ready for us. It did lack some basic things like enough silverware, no potholders, and common items.

Nice Property, Room not so great.

The condo we had is looking pretty worn out. Bathroom plumbing fixtures were on the verge of being broken, couldn't run bath, sink was sketchy, missing stoppers in drain etc. Ceiling popcorn was flaking off multiple areas. Mold in the shower ceiling. Blinds on the windows were mostly broken or missing sections. Ocean View was, sort of. It is RIGHT on the pool, so it's noisy and to see the ocean you have to look off to the right or left pretty far as there is a huge sand dune in the way. The parking enforcement is VERY aggressive. Pool was cold, didn't feel heated. Water pools by the back door if even a little rain and stays for days. Bring your own bedding. That may have been the most uncomfortable, scratchy bedding ever. We had to go buy Freebreeze to douse the couch and room, very musty as if it has been wet. Anything we had on the couch, like a blanket or jacket, smelled bad even after we got home. Furnace/AC filter was VERY dirty. Wall mounted TV was just slapped up and not level. There was an extra TV in the closet for some reason. WiFi was SLOW and inconstant. The resort itself seemed nice and other rooms may have been better, but this one is not.

Nightmare Stay

Property was rented to us without telling us that we would not have access through the back area where you can go to the beach or the pool because it was under construction. We called and they said they had let us know about it, but it wasn't true, the customer service was horrible, they said no refund and no new room. Other issues the shower had no cold water had to shower with hot water, the drain didn't work. We Had to take a shower on 4" of water on the tub. Refrigerator was not working properly. We called they said we'll send someone next day early in the morning, nobody showed up, we lost all our goodies, ice cream and all that good stuff. we left a day earlier cause workers were hammering our windows and could not sleep. Overall the place sucked. I will never stay there again.
