"We arrived at 6pm and found 3 other parties waiting to check in. Desk attendant was missing in action. We waited 20 minutes and he finally showed up. No telling how long the others had waited before we arrived. We tried calling the number provided, but it rang at the front desk and no one was there to answer. "The customer service is great and was able to hold my room because my flight was delayed. You can’t beat the midwestern hospitality."

"Staff was nice, breakfast was good, pool was fun, but overall not a very clean facility. It's obviously old and not well kept, but was fine for an overnight stay for a tournament."

"No breakfast, couldn't use the hot tub cause it was full of very young children, even though the sign says 16 or older. The parents all sat at a table drinking even though you are not supposed to have glass in there, never mind food or beverages. But hey the kids were having a blast."
