"Excellent location and well maintained property but parking is a nightmare. Driving to lobby to unload your luggage is impossible as the valley has blocked whole area by parking cars there. It took us 30 min wait before we gave up and went to a nearby parking lot and dragged our luggage."

"Love this place! I've stayed there before, and it's always great. It's unusual, in that it's all self check-in, but that also means that it's super quiet, and very relaxed. The design is great, and the hotel might be the most stylish I've ever stayed at in Pittsburgh, and it's usually a great bargain too."

"Room was fine and met our needs. Breakfast and fitness center are good. Desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff person was not very friendly and did not seem to enjoy her job. She also smoked at the front entrance while on break. Not a good look for someone handling food."
