"PROS:
Fantastic experience! I loved this hotel so much that I booked it twice in the last 2 weeks. I had both a family trip and a business trip in Chicago, and would gladly go back to this hotel every time I am in town. The hotel is very modern, clean and in excellent condition, breakfast buffet was super delicious, great variety of items served as well as fresh produce daily. Free parking on the streets around the hotel, huge plus! the neighborhood is also a lot of fun with great restaurant options within walking distance. 10/10 experience!
CONS:
This is not really the hotel's issue, but they recommend to use the public parking lot attached tot he hotel. However, unless you're driving a motorcycle, or need to park a stroller, do not to into this lot! The lot is extremely narrow, it took me 40 min to enter and maneuver my way out.
During my 1st stay, I left a flat iron and a pair of designer sunglasses in my room (I know 100% my fault) and was very disappointed to hear that nobody reported finding them. Despite this hiccup , I still booked the hotel the following week when I was in town because I loved it so much."
