"Fantastic stay - nothing special about the hotel although nothing bad about it - what I lived was the location - very close to McCormick Place - I was in Chicago for a conference so that was good - and right I. Chinatown- so many great places to eat"

Other than that, it falls short in many areas: poor management, understaffing (one person seems to handle everything), lack of attention to refilling breakfast items, weak wifi, and non-standard blankets and pillows, to name a few."
"the tub was nasty and filthy a ring a black ring around the tub and towel. the room wasn't touched at all. the bathroom didn't had property lighting in it at all. the rug was filthy and nasty. the air conditioner was molded inside dusty and dirty. black mold around the room and big cockroach bugs in the room. I want a full refund of my stay I would never visit a filthy motel this filthy motel ever again."

"Their website says it's pet friendly, which is completely false. There was no point in having pillows since they're almost as flat as the actual bed. Props to their ac, works great. There was nobody there to receive keys when I went in. It was an ok stay, but them not taking pets was infuriating."
