"Loved the location and the amenities. Housekeeping was a little behind property standards in my opinion. Basically just pulled up our bed linens and replaced towels. Dirty glasses not replaced and new water not replaced. One day we got no housekeeping service by 4:45 and had to tell front desk. Not to mention cable tv service was out for a complete day. I called front desk and they told me maintenance was on the way up and they never showed up-Two different times in one day. Weirdly, this room had no drawers to store clothes in. Still, we enjoyed our stay and staff was friendly and welcoming."

"We only stayed one night. When we got there their parking lot was full. The person at the desk sent us to another parking garage that they worked with for a discounted rate and in and out privileges. So that worked fine and was only a block or so away. The room wasn’t very big and pretty basic. It was fine. Bed seemed clean and bathroom was clean. The chairs at the table looked like they needed cleaning. Overall it was good for a one night’s stay. An included breakfast would have been nice, doesn’t have to be fancy just something to start the day. It was a good location for a concert at the Armory."

"I can not write anything that could express how great this property was. The staff were exceptional in ever aspect. Staff were pleasant, professional, and genuinely intrested in me as a guest. All staff from front desk , maintenance and housekeeping went above and beyond. Not just for me . I witnessed numerous occasions staff interaction with other guests and they were treated the same. If the hotel was nothing more than a canvas tent I would stay there just because of how staff treated me. They are a model of perfection in customer service."
