"Rooms have no heat "

"More of a convention hotel than anything else. Food was sad and touristy. Front desk perfunctory. Wait staff unengaged. Disappointing really."

"The room we stayed in was on the first floor, with a sitting area outside our door. Perfect for enjoying the sunny days. The bed mattress and pillows were wonderful. Very comfortable and plush. I had not noticed when booking that the hotel is pet friendly; we don't mind pets, but the people next door had a dog that they left in the room most of the time. When they left, the dog barked. And barked. And barked. :( "

"Staff were excellent. Made my stay wonderful. Room clean, restaurant great too. I hope to return soon. Special thanks to the receptionist who was on duty the 30th March in the evening. Room service used too, also excellent service. "

"Loved the hotel and room. Staff was wonderful from front desk, breakfast buffet and valet."

"First of all it was 10:30 am and they had nothing to drink but water and coffee breakfast they didn’t have plain egg or bacon on the side and they didn’t mention they were charging for parking permit until I got my receipt when checking out I noticed the charge. Also housekeeping never answered phone. There was no extra covers or pillows for the sofa bed . Over all rooms were clean "
