"The hotel is not as shown. Rooms are old and worn. The bathtub/shower combination was dangerous as the tub bottom was smooth. Easy to slip and fall on. Not very good for seniors that travel."

No coffee no fruit no yogurt no bread no bagels no juice the guy at the desk offered to make us coffee but we didn’t want to wait and the whole set up was uninviting. If you’re gonna list breakfast then really offer breakfast."

"The price was the only good thing. You get what you pay for. The property was very run down and the interior was just as bad as the exterior. Locked plate glass lobby makes you think you are in a war zone in Detroit not Anoka MN"

"The staff was wonderful, polite and helpful. The property is in need of some updates and painting. The owners did say that it would have been a lot cheaper if we would have booked through them, as they offer a local rate."

"Disappointed in the pool area. They do not have an adult time. Parents do not watch their kids. Almost got jumped on a few times and throwing balls and slapping the water. Also, the floors are very sticky in the halls and elevator. Not the best experience."

"I stayed at the Courtyard for a family wedding weekend and was very pleased with both the location and property. My only complaint was that there was no in-room safe, but otherwise the room was comfortable and the hotel was quiet despite being in a busy shopping center."
