"Good handy hotel"

"All staff were excellent..in particular Nicola at the front desk..nothing was too much trouble and with a lovely welcoming manner. The room was superb with a lovely view of the river Tyne from both indoors and from the balcony. The bed was comfortable, the shower was excellent and the fridge was a bonus. Breakfast was great..lots of choice in both continental and cooked. Decaf coffee and oat milk were on offer - very unusual! I would thoroughly recommend this hotel, we will definitely be staying here again when in Newcastle and will be investigating other hotels in this chain. "

"Staff were very helpful, I was able to check into my room 2h early and check our 2h late (late checkout fee). Room was large, cold (as I like it) with plenty of plugs including USB on the sockets. Breakfast was good. The best was comfortable."
