"Lady at the front desk was kinda rude..I simply asked if there was any rooms on first floor and she kinda snapped and said nope..none just in a nasty tone...a simply..no sire..or let me check...I get the lady gas been there for ages working for that hotel ...but kindness goes a long way"

"Second worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Had a cockroach in the room. Bathroom door had to be lifted up by the handle to close it. Mattresses were old and worn out with depressions. If I hadn’t already paid and been so tired, I would have left for sure. Only good things was the water in the shower ..."
