"The elevator is a bit scary and it shakes and rattles .... I thought I was going into a mine shaft not to my room. The Diner connected to the hotel was not a good experience. It took us a very long time to get our order and the food did not come out on time or at once. The waitress seamed distracted and the overall staff seamed overworked and out numbered by the customers but there was not that many folks in the diner. I would not recommend eating there."

"Upon arrival I was shocked to see how beautiful this hotel was. The area was not the greatest as we approached the hotel, but once we got there it was a whole different experience! The staff was friendly, remembered my name and treated me as if I had been along time customer. Room service was excellent as well. I’m still waiting for the incidental fee to come off almost a week later. But other than that I will definitely be back!"

"Very clean and comfy bed, only complaints is the heater sounded like a siren everytime it came on and woke me up several times, the body soap dispenser was broken when I took a shower. Overall a good stay and close to the airport. They do have free shuttle to the airport as well which was very nice."

"I loved this hotel. Food was wonderful! I used the gym. It has a pretty good selection of equipment. We played cards in the lobby. Rooms were very nice and clean!"
