"The staff is friendly, the property is clean, rooms are nice a spacious. However breakfast is not included, you have to pay for breakfast and its al a carte so you have to pay for every single ite. You have to pay for parking daily which is taken out of your incidentally, but they do not verify your vehicle information. The location is convenient and close to food, shopping and the interstate. We would stay at this location again."

"Silly - but!! There was a conference being held when we were there. With todays technology I should have been notified as it did impact my stay. Pool was not really available to me when it was packed with conference "party". I am immunocompromised. Most hotels would have no reason to be concerned about non conference guest but when you are .5 miles from Mayo clinic it should be a concern because I think it speaks for itself who could be your primary audience."

"We arrived at about 7:00pm after all day on the road. The room we were given had not yet been cleaned. There were no more king rooms available, so due to the lateness of getting there took a double queen. The room was clean, so we just decided to keep that room for our stay of two nights. Over all the property was good."
