"We enjoyed a 5 day/4 night stay over the Fourth of July holiday where we enjoyed a family friendly environment. I’ll start with the best feature- you are ON the ocean. The view is spectacular! When the tide is out nature provides a glorious beach! On high tide, you can walk down the stairs and take a dip, Always available is the enormous patio area with ample seating. Photos provided. We were lucky to enjoy several evenings of excellent live music on the patio- so much fun! Please keep this up! Drinks and bar food (fried) are flowing at the Sandbar Lounge which is part of the hotel and shares the patio space. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendly staff and their attentiveness to their guests is impressive. Taylor asked how we were enjoying our stay, as did the very kind housekeeping staff. when we needed fresh towels, recommendations, etc. they were so helpful! The breakfast each day is a simple with no frills, but it was fresh and always restocked. Dry cereal (Fruit Loops and Bran Flakes) are available 24/7 in the dining area. The dining area includes to large televisions that had the news/ World Cup on for guests to enjoy. The rooms have been recently remodeled to be modern and comfortable- USB outlets, heated mirror in bathroom. Brand new large shower, great water pressure and hot water. Excellent air conditioning throughout (several days during our stay were 100+ degrees). Don’t let the exterior fool you. We will be back. Keep up the excellent work!"
Bayside Resort Hotel

"Great firepit outside and beautiful place to sit in Adirondack overlooking the bay and watch fireworks. The breakfast is basic, but really good and the pools are both very nice. The hot tub would've been better with a motor but overall we were happy with our stay. The carpeting is old in the hallways and in the rooms and needs to be ripped out and probably replaced with hardwood flooring or something…"

"We had a wonderful stay at Riviera Beach Resort! The resort was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we had a fantastic time. We also had dinner at Jonah's, and our waiter, Allistair, was outstanding. He was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service that made our meal even more enjoyable. We highly recommend both Riviera Beach Resort and Jonah's, and we can't wait to come back!"

"Quick get away…close to Hull for the beach and fireworks.. Two issues that we encountered were ..we went to the bar for some lunch..not too many GF options ..bartender said they could make wings on the grill GF , which I was pleased with ..awaited 1/2 hour which was expected ..when the wings arrived the wings had crispy shallots on the top..which we found out not gluten free…he told me they could make more but we were not going to wait another 1/2 hour. Being that there were not other options I just asked for ice cream .. he did comp it for us Just disappointed for an error like this to happened with serve/ save training An issue with the shower the temperature was difficult adjust ..all we wanted after a long day at the beach was a nice shower . On a good note.. the bed and pillows were comfortable .."

"Rooms were very clean . Lots to do for children . Arcade was not air conditioned , very hot . Water park was not clean and staff there has little patience with young children . Food was great in Land Shark BUT If you order pick up or room service not the same quality"
