"Everything was great Except the manager...Delia Rosado... Rochester MN. Everything was clean comfortable...pool was awesome. Loved the full size bath tub only complaints. You could hear cars reving their engines from the highway. And the rude manager. Her appearance was like a late night out. A little shampoo would help. Besides that she was rude and loud to an older customer and a child in the short time I was their. If public humiliation is her thing she gets 5 stars Every person that goes thru those doors have a different story, and a lot is visiting Mayo Clinic... Some good and some bad outcomes. But the last thing they need is an angry bird spewing her anger everywhere Other that Delia the hotel was great!!!"

"The room was clean when we checked in, but housekeeping didn't come during our two-night visit. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen in the bar was advertised open until 11:00pm, but it was closed when we went there before 10:00pm. The breakfast was good."
