10/10 Excellent

"Haven't stayed at TI in years, so it was nice to come back and enjoy it. Easy pre check-in process with text updates when the room was ready for us. Stayed in the Buffalo tower which is newly renovated and it was really nice! Spacious room. Only bad part was a spider about the size of a dime on the bed upon arrival. So...might want to re-check the pest control on 7th floor. Ate at Tado, which was really good but we were charged for our anniversary dessert, which I thought was odd considering we didn't really ask for it and were led to believe by the server that it was a complimentary add on. Maybe miscommunicated? Had a fun time in the casino. Band playing the evening of 10/16 had some pretty questionable singing talent, but a really fun night out. We'll be back sooner this time!"

"Stayed with 2 adult nieces. Room was large and had room to spread out a bit. We got a room with a sleeper sofa, which would have been great for children, not so much for adults. We had almost the whole hotel to ourselves, which worried me at first, but turned out great. Older rooms but maintained very well and clean."

"This was our 3rd stay at the Even. Hot coffee in the lobby as early as 5 a.m. Very accommodating staff. Warm ambiance with the fireplace inside, plus workout facility. Our go-to in Rochester."

"The property is conveniently located where it's just off of the round-about & close to the grocery store, gas station, Target shopping store, Farm & Fleet, etc. Staff was helpful in getting a room close to the door & a flight of stairs for senior citizen like us with arhritis & special needs. I specially liked the breakfast of coffee, waffle, yogurt, etc. Too bad there's no egg for my protein needs. The bathroom was very clean. I like the body wash, shampoo & conditioner dispensers. However, the table needs a lamp on the table, an ironing board, and some hangers. Other than that, everything's great. We had a comfortable and wonderful stay! Thank you very much. We will come back again!"

"Has been updated a bit since our last stay. Has been clean and newer items in the room. Staff always helpful. Breakfast dinning has been upgraded too! nice to see the change in the stations. Excellent to take the subway to Mayo apts. Caribou coffee downstairs, Jimmy John's, Chinese in the hotel restaurant. Have stayed here 15+ times in the past 2 years. Would recommend."
