Everyone is kind, warm, and respectful. My husband and I want to acknowledge Salma who helped us extend our stay after our flight was cancelled last minute. She was both empathetic and professional. The hotel is above an easily accessed underground tunnel system of shops, restaurants, and connections to Mayo and other hospital building shuttle stops."
