"When we first got there & cked into the room when we went up to the room it was terrible the floors were grimy that my shoes were sticking to the floor there was something red and white cream something I thought it was blood and sperm all over one of the lamp shades and the room smelled like a nursing home that hadn't been cleaned in 20 years it literally smelled like urine & cigso badly when you open the door the door couldn't even fully open because the floor was catching the bottom of the door so you only had a half door access to the room I called down immediately and told them how disgusting it was they told me to come back down and they would try to find another room so we went back down they did find us another room and I have to say they were quite nice about everything However unfortunately I did find that the establishment seemed to have guests who were either current addicts or so-called recovering addicts I mean I didn't see one business person there not even on the staff everybody was super dressed down and more power to them if they're recovered or recovering but I think that the establishment most definitely should have had a business suit there someone with the hotel & business in mind I don't necessarily mean a suit I just mean somebody who dressed the part of responsible reasonable management that also would run the Riff Raff off I literally saw a pregnant prostitute there like 90% of our stay she was out in the parking lot smoking cigarettes and talking to "

"Very clean room. Nice warm indoor pool. Great location"

"It was a perfect spot lots of restaurants to choose from nearby, rooms were clean and free breakfast. Pool was down for maintenance which was a bummer and breakfast was your typical generic eggs and sausage that doesn't really taste like eggs or sausage lol but again it's for free so beggers can't be choosers. All in All I'd stay here again "

"When we first arrived, we were assigned a room that was clearly not clean. When we went back to the front desk to let them know, the employee complained to us about the housekeeper instead of addressing the issue professionally. We were then given a second room, but it had a very strong chemical odor. We turned on the humidifier and AC before leaving to grab something to eat, hoping it would improve. Unfortunately, when we returned, the smell was still overwhelming. We ended up staying in the room for less than 10 minutes before deciding to leave. There was no effort made to resolve the situation or offer any kind of compensation. Instead, we were simply told they would be keeping our money. We will not be returning and would not recommend this hotel to friends or family."

"An hr before it was time to check out i hesrd a noise went to the bathroom in our room and the light had water running out of it. I went to the front desk to let them know. It came time to keave and no one still had cone to the room to look at it! "

"The cabin was not only darling and a wonderful retreat, but the little touches that were left (s'mores kits, wood, lighters, snacks) only endeared the property to us even more. We enjoyed a hike on the nature trail on the property and loved having a cozy fire in the evening. The beds were also top tier and we all slept like babies. We can't wait to come back. "
