"We had no internet the entire stay. We notified the front desk upon arrival and they took our room number and we never heard from anyone, We made them aware when we checked out and were told it was fine, Go check the room and follow up!! We planned to stay at this location again, but this is a deal breaker."

"Breakfast: Great hot breakfast with very nice and recently remodeled dining area and food buffet room. Room: Clean with plenty of towels. Only clean room on 4th day if staying 3 days or longer. Had a few things to report to staff: 2nd deadbolt (do not disturb flag) not working and bathroom exhaust fan not working... Parking: In center court of facility so somewhat protected from any severe weather and more secure. Staff: mixed feedback on staff. All housekeeping were great. Some front counter...

"Good staff I like the pool. Only issue for me was that tissue box felt like been there for awhile I went to blow my nose and it like I could smell dust."

"Staff was great!! We were in a room for dogs and the carpet was pretty dirty (we had our dog with us). The bathroom was clean. Appears management is doing repairs that may have been past due. Breakfast was more than expected with egg patties and waffles along with the usual cereal, yougurt and muffins."

"We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. I love the little old lady who serves breakfast. The breakfast options could be better. It's a very limited amount of food compared to other continental types. The rooms could use a little updating but they were clean. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends."

"There systems were down when I checked in so they couldn’t give me a key, unlocked a room for me and then called me at midnight and asked me to come down to front desk with my credit card for my $50 incidental charge. I was asleep and had a long day ahead and considered that very unprofessional "
