I liked the ambiance of the bathroom lighting; simple and effective. I didn’t dislike anything; I was pleasantly surprised

This is an excellent hotel. Clean. Lovely food and excellent helpful staff. Free Airport shuttle is a bonus. Highly recommended.

It was my first time to visit Gaberone,but the staff made my life easy by telling us how to get from point A to point B.most of the information was found in the leaflet in their lobby.food was wonderful buffet every morning and a variety of choices provided for afternoon and evening meals. I see myself going back again in future.

Overally good, the only issue was there was water leakage in the bathroom which was not cleaned when we moved in.

We had a lovely time at the Capital Guesthouse. Our room was clean and beautifully presented and we felt safe at the hotel. Joyce (the house keeper) was an absolute star and looked after us really well. We had our breakfasts outside in the patio area by the swimming pool everyday which was a real treat. The only downside is the lack of options for eating out in the evenings. The hotel should do more to provide guests with information and tips.
