"Clean and spacious room. Parking was great right outside the room great for those with mobility constraints. Comfy bed and smart tv. Check in and out was easy and the staff were lovely."

"Room was very small with creaky floors and very noisy overall. Elm balcony room has a shared balcony which wasn’t specified so I had people talking and hanging outside my room and could see inside my room. This is expensive hotel and I would have expected better rooms but given it’s and old building I guess that’s too be expected. Overpriced for what it is. Staff and service were excellent so that was positive. "

"The rooms have been very recently refurbished and the room was clean and well designed. It had only just been renovated and a nail was protruding from under the carpet which I managed to walk on and gashed my foot. Told the manager whilst eating dinner downstairs in the pub.
