"Very clean. Very friendly staff"

"Sheratons are generally a bit outdated after Marriott bought them. Almost like the afterthought, but this one was pretty good. We travel with dogs so we appreciate them being welcomed. There were a couple of restaurants really close that also accommodated dogs. We walked down the street for ice cream after dinner from the hotel and felt safe. The hotel itself was right on the Ohio River and we had a great view of Louisville. "

"We did a one night staycation and really enjoyed this hotel. Everything from the lobby to the room and bathroom were immaculately clean and modern. The bed and pillows were super comfy. The pool was an added bonus with hours from 9am-10pm so plenty of time to enjoy. Breakfast was hot and plenty of choices. Strawberry waffles were a hit! All of the staff were super sweet from the front desk to housekeeeping. We had a fantastic time and look forward to visiting again! "

"We had a very nice stay at Spark by Hilton. We had two issues and the front desk employee addressed the problems immediately. The staff was friendly and helpful, the beds were very comfortable and had very nice sheets, and the room was very clean. We did not use the pool but it looked very inviting."

"I reserved two rooms for a family get together a trip at Holiday World it had a great location our room was clean very comfortable the staff was friendly breakfast was basic could have used a few more fresher items but overall our stay was great"
