"Hotel is outdated and had an odor when in the hallway. It did not feel clean. Breakfast was decent"

"There were roaches in the kitchen area and bathroom. There was hair all over the bathroom and the shower curtain was moldy and wet when we arrived. The fire alarm went off at 430 am and staff said it was set off by some steam from a shower. When I reported the problems the staff member said we will look into it. No resolution was offered."

"When we booked the property no where did it say it was under construction 3/4 of the rooms are under construction and there was debris and plastic and sheet rock dust all over the place, every time we walked into our room we tracked in the sheet rock dust every day. I have pictures of all the construction. Was not pleased at all and I have never had a problem from booking with Expedia before. All the handicap spots were covered and I’m 100% disabled veteran. Also there was debris all over the stairs and we were on the second floor."

"The property was overall clean, but the room not so much. The shower was dirty, and I refuse to even use it. The remote wouldn’t change the channel. I called the front desk. She came up to help, but overall wasn’t helpful at all. I went downstairs to get batteries for the remote, thinking that the batteries in it may be dead, but the damn remote had a screw in the bottom to prevent from taking the back cover off and changing the batteries. At 5:30 AM, I got woken up by a man screaming, and couldn’t go back to sleep. The whole time in the bed me and my lady felt like we were itching. No visible bugs or anything. I guess it was the discomfort and psychological of the room. They gave us that feeling. I would not stay again! EVER!!!!!!!"

"First of all, the whole hotel was apparently booked that weekend, probably for a music concert. I accidently booked a smoking room by mistake and the hotel was not even capable to change my room for a non smoking one, since all rooms were somehow taken. The girl a front desk also mentionned to me that people smoke in all the rooms, even in the non smoking ones. That is beyond inacceptable for those who dont smoke. Also, the air-conditionning is not working in the room 205, and again, there is no more room for a change. Plus, the bathroom is not very well cleaned. At my arrival, there was piss on the toilet and hair in the shower as if if was not cleaned. And if you need something from the cleaning staff, they dont even speak english or spanish. So, if you are a non smoking person, don’t book a room there because all of the room will smell disgusting. I won’t rebook there and you should not either."
