"Staff was excellent. Friendly and very helpful.
Location was great! Steps to the boardwalk and beach.
Room was clean, small refrigerator that does have a tiny freezer. We brought a plug in cooler that allowed for more room for our food. It worked perfectly.
Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and they provided extra blankets in the closet.
Adequate room to hang up clothes and a big dresser for the rest.
Very small bathroom but we managed.
Pool was very nice (my kids favorite part), it was heated and had plenty of chair to lay out on. Hotel provides towels for pool. Also has a wash off station if u r coming from the beach. This came in handy.
The only downside:
I purposely didn't make the beds the first morning thinking housekeeping would be making them (they just make them better).
I gathered the trash and put it by the front door and we piled the used towels.
We went out for the day and came back to the garbage by the door, dirty towels in a pile, and unmade beds. I was so disappointed.
I thought maybe I missed where they don't provide housekeeping services. Although, the bathroom garbage was changed and they did add new towels and washcloths in the bathroom.
By the end of our stay we had a lot of garbage (my son is still in diapers and we ate in a lot), and a huge pile of dirty towels.
Next time I will contact the front desk and ask for services.
