After multiple attempts to get the ownership and Expedia to make it right, they both said it was my fault for booking a room with a kitchen that did not actually have one when we showed up. The room was very dirty. Hair on tables and floor. The back door did not lock and the bathroom door would not close. This place is a dump and the ownership...

"I never received my room number and door code. Fortunately a staff member called the office for me which is not on site. There is an office, but no one was attending it. The rooms are not exactly how the pictures portrayed them. The rooms are very small. What makes up for that is the close proximity to the beach access. I was overall satisfied with the room, but was unhappy with the size of it."

"My reservation included food vouchers which I never received. I asked multiple front deck clerks for the vouchers and was told that the manager was not available but he would call me. No call. And as if it couldn't get worse, I'm see extra charges on my credit card."
