"Dear Management,
We stayed in room 104, and initially, the room was beautiful and clean. Unfortunately, our experience quickly declined due to ongoing issues with the air conditioning.
The aircon was not working, and after contacting reception, a technician was sent to fix it. While it worked for a few hours, it soon began blowing hot air again. After reporting the issue a third time, we were simply offered a fan and advised to open the windows, which is not an acceptable solution.
We were also informed that the manager, Hendril, was unavailable. I have since sent an email but have not received any response.
This experience has been very disappointing. We expected a higher standard of service and a more effective resolution to the issue. I kindly request that this matter be addressed urgently and that steps be taken to improve how guest concerns are handled."
