An exellent hotel! Very spacious room. . Good location, just 15 minutes driving to Chur. Free parking. Staff was very friendly

Really lovely hotel with a good spa and nice little bar (serves some tasty cocktails). What made it extra special was the Pradaschier Toboggan pass from the hotel for staying 2+nights. This saved us a lot of money. Down side was the restaurant is closed Mon & Tues evenings and very little choice in the villages for restaurants.

Loved our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel! The shuttle service from the train station was so helpful when we arrived (messaged beforehand). We also loved the breakfast and sauna.

We really enjoined our stay at this property. The personnel is very nice, rooms very clean and conformable and breakfast is great. Just 7 minutes walk to Matterhorn-Express, the hotel is very central but quiet at the same time.

The area is the best you will find in central Lugano. There is a funicular next to the hotel taking you directly to Lugano train station. The lake is 200m walk. The service is as good as any hotel I have ever been. The staff and very friendly and helpful. They helped me plan my trip to the two main Lugano mountains. What a wonderful stay here. The staff was the most kind and supportive when we went out to a mountain. I was really surprised when they gave me a snacks and a bottle of water. All the facility was clean and great. Nothing to complain.

This hotel was everything I dreamed. The rooms were stunning, beds comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, amazing view of the Matterhorn from our balcony on the second floor. Breakfast and our evening meal in the restaurant were both lovely, with a wide choice for breakfast options. We enjoyed some time in the indoor pool and spa. Very friendly hotel with great Spa and access to the mountains

Fantastic facilities in pristine village! The staff were very helpful and attentive, with every of detail of our stay well planned.

We stayed 3 nights to celebrate a special birthday. The staff, hotel and restaurant were first class and went out of their way to make our experience special. We took a taxi to Zermaat from a nearby town and the hotel sent a horse and carriage to collect us. The location of the hotel was fantastic for the wonderful town and for views of the Matterhorn from our room. A couple of minutes walk from the rail link to Zermatt .Chargeable parking under hotel. Nice draught beer. Nice bedrooms.

We have been visiting Nira Alpina for many years and it is always the perfect ski vacation. Great facilities, ski room, fast internet, discounted lift tickets, free shuttle from the train, bus to other mountains at the property, ski-in/ski-out, free breakfast buffet and spa with incredibly helpful staff.

Well-located, walkable, and near the Zermatt train station. They provide free pick-up and drop-off services, which is wonderful. The room is well-maintained and spotless. Their breakfast options are excellent. Their staff is incredibly helpful and courteous. I got there somewhat early. They gladly finished the check-in procedure. They are always willing to help with navigation, village maps, etc. Around Zermatt, there are several trails to follow.

Wonderful small hotel. Staf are all fabulous with particular thanks to Lorenza, Kathlyn and Andreas. Centrally located. Post bus stop very close, so is the Surovas station. Coop next door. We had three different types of rooms. One double room was a little tight. We had a great dinner at Stuva restaurant. Breakfast buffet adequate. They picked us up from the station and also dropped us at Samedan for a small fee. Highly recommended.
