"The cabins looked small from the outside, but we're actually very spacious we didn't feel cramped everything was very clean there was a full kitchen a table big enough to sit at least four. I think the only thing that wasn't 100% perfect was the beds are a little small they were stiff and the pillows were also very small and serviceable. I would still definitely stay there again 100% and would recommend it to everyone!"

"The rooms and lobby are beautifully decorated. You can tell someone put a lot of effort and love into the unique setup and design. The checking in process was easy and the lady was congenial. The valet parking attendant and bartender were also very friendly. We loved it and would stay there again. Warning - if you get a $20 food and beverage credit, make sure they give you the "gift card" when you check in. We didn't think about the credit until the next morning. When we asked the woman at the desk about the credit, she briskly told us it didn't work for breakfast. Other than that experience, it was truly a nice place to stay."

"Candice at reception was wonderful! I called to ask if we could check in early as we had nowhere else to stay and she had a room cleaned and ready for myself and my two sons in less than an hour. She was also very warm and welcoming. She really made our stay great!"

"Parking was good until I could know longer park in handicap and I have a handicap daughter n there were ppl not handicapped parked in them and would not help us and n make them move or fine them so no parking was available. Accessibility was horrible and our bathroom door was broken. Beds very uncomfortable"

"Check in was very smooth and of course the warm cookies were amazing. They also have a gluten free option now for those that are interested. My room was clean and every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. There was an issue with my shower door and maintenance handled it immediately. My only issue was the website says there's an airport shuttle but that's not so. Apparently it hasn't been a thing for 2 years. I had to Lyft which wasn't terrible because the hotel is only about 10 mins from the airport. But if someone wasn't expecting and didn't have the extra $40rt that could be problematic"

"We had a three day weekend. Stay here for a child’s graduation. It was an absolutely wonderful time. Everything was top-notch. If anything was missing from the room, like the hairdryer, someone delivered it right away. All the concierge were very eager to help and make sure we enjoyed our stay. We definitely will be coming back."

"Rooms were nice sports bars were good .. but we had an incident regarding the loss of a purse with cash, credit cards and IDs in it and found the security within the hotel was well below the professional level .. and no "police" anywhere besides 1 car parked by the parking garage with no one around ! would hate to see if anything serious happened !"
