"After getting a phone call while traveling during an unbelievable monsoon to the motel we had reserved 2 months ago, and telling us they were having water leakage problems and that there were no rooms available for us and nothing that they could do, we pulled into a rest stop and made a reservation online with Days Inn in Southington, CT not far from where we had planned to stop. When we arrived, which was right off I-84 and very convenient, the check in process was done quickly, and the lady at the desk was friendly, courteous and very helpful. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, clean and had everything you would ever need--even a very comfortable bed. Our room was on the first floor which was also very convenient. When we checked out the next day, it was also very quickly done. In dealing with all the staff, even the cleaning staff, they were all very friendly, and very helpful with any questions that we had. We will be staying there again on our next trip up north. Thank you Days Inn for saving us at the last minute."
