"Horrible!!. Let’s say that the better thing was the staff and the room that they gave us wasn’t set up. The place is full of running water and broken doors. Is not clean and has garbage in every single corner. The smell was horrible. The environment was so bad that we didn't feel safe."

"I’ve stayed at this property in the past with no issues. However this stay was different. The room had a heavy mildewed smell and when I woke the next morning to shower there was no hot water. I let it run for an extended period from both the sink and bath. It was lukewarm at best. I spoke to the front desk at checkout. "Mala atención del personal te atienden con una cara de enojo la mujer India la mujer asiática y el hombre indio pésimos. Mi primer día no habían toallas en la habitación y reservé para dos personas. La llave siempre se desprogramaba la solicité como en 4 veces si te vinieran siguiendo algún delincuente y quieres usar la llave y está desprogramada no te salvas del delincuente antes que habrás la puerta te han asaltado las sábanas estaban bien pero las fotos no son lo mismo como cuando ya lo vez...

"I love the place. That’s is a hidden gem. I would let the guy in the property stay there full time in case the guest need something. He was very helpful. In the lake house you could add some paintings or Japanese drawing to the wall to make it feel more cozy . Overall the experience was great and the birds and landscape are breathtaking. Thanks we will be back! "

"Room was great, staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Parking is free. The elevator was broken and took like 10 minutes for the other elevator to come down. Just seems like the place might need to be tuned up a little bit."

"Place was clean and appropriate. Would have preferred breakfast included but it wasn't. Waking distance to target and marshalls. Staff was nice but when asked concierge for locally owned dining recommendations they had none. Would stay here again."
