"Terrible, I got there with Expedia reservation and they told me they had no rooms to receive us, even when I already had my confirmation.
Then I requested a refund and they are refusing because “the cancellation policy is no refunds” they did not received me. They are stealing more than 300 dls even when they were the ones didn’t want to receive me."

"Stayed one night and had a good experience. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast wasn't really my thing, but it was hot, fresh, and did the job. I'd definitely stay here again. And parking was free which is a plus."
