"A nice old hotel with a lot of charm. We have only two complaints. One is that the front desk was often unmanned, including when we arrived to check in - it took a while to find someone to check us in. The other is that the hotel did not offer breakfast and breakfast options in the neighborhood are limited."

"I am a Cancer cancer free now and I came down to Richmond to go to the flying squirrels game and I picked this hotel and it was very nice very awesome staff was awesome everything about it was awesome awesome and great like again I said the staff was so nice and so polite and help me with everything I needed I was with my wife and I just want to say awesome Hotel little pricey but awesome Hotel"

"Really enjoyed our weekend at the Jefferson leaving the hotel only once. Got massages, a pedicure, swam and relaxed in the salt water pool and outdoor deck and ate all our meals at their Lemaire restaurant. The hotel is beautiful with quite a history. Our room was very spacious with spacious bathroom as well. The staff were uniformly so pleasant and helpful. There is outdoor parking lot right next to the hotel (valet or self) for a fee. Highly recommend for an upscale hotel experience."

"Nice comfortable room. Clean and quiet. Good breakfast. My only complaint was the hallway to the stairs was full of old stuff. Like A/C units and ice machine. It was quite the obstacle course. But I know stuff happens. We would stay here again if in the area."
