"the bed felt like falling into a box of Kleenex.. the pillows were horrible. There's no regular chair in the room just a corner couch and a square pillow ottoman.. I shared my comments on the way out the door to the person at the front desk.. MAYBE that got shared with the responsible parties,,,"

"The hallways and lobby werent kept as well as the room. Room was spotless, ac worked well, I dudnt use the burners but having fridge abd microwave was great. Staff was very good!"

"Beautiful location. Price was high for a two bed room. Room was very clean until we opened lid on toilet and found a used condom and its wrapper and Kleenex in the toilet. Not sure how the cleaning staff missed this (room 205 on 9/11-9/13). Was shocked to see such high price for simple breakfast. I thought this would be included in price of room. We ate at another, less expensive restaurant close by."
